Refund policy
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on underwear unless there is an error on our part (e.g., incorrect size, print, or item sent). In such cases, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Returns for change of mind, personal preference, or any reason other than our error will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
Full amount will be refunded to you within a few days from your request.
